President & CEO
Humber River Health Foundation
Jennifer Stewart is the President and CEO of Humber River Health Foundation, where she is championing a bold vision for healthcare—one that’s digitally advanced, deeply compassionate, and rooted in equity. Under her leadership, the Foundation is investing in transformational initiatives like robotic surgery, digital health innovation, and community care programs that not only improve patient outcomes but also strengthen the economic health of the Greater Toronto Area.
With nearly 30 years of experience in healthcare philanthropy, including two decades as President & CEO of Providence Healthcare Foundation and national leadership at the Arthritis Society, Jennifer has built a career around driving systems-level impact and inspiring meaningful donor relationships.
But what drives her most is simple: the people. The courage of a patient. The dedication of a frontline worker. The generosity of a first-time donor. And at the heart of it all is her family: her husband, her kids, and her mother, whose strength and support continue to inspire her commitment to creating a more equitable and human-centred healthcare system.
Jennifer leads with warmth, clarity, and vision—inviting others to join her in shaping the next chapter of healthcare, together.
